How we can help:

We have long-term experience in working with MSMEs and not-for-profit organisations in developing project ideas and producing interesting high-level proposals. We will work with you to design a bespoke approach to meet your specific needs and assist you in securing grant funding to release your aspirations. The onboarding process will start with assessing your project idea before carrying out funding research. Once a potential funding opportunity has been identified, we will conduct an eligibility assessment to ensure your organisation’s suitability. We can write a funding application on your behalf - this could be the full application form or specific questions, that's up to you.

With extensive experience in managing grant applications, we can manage the entire process from the registration and pre-application screening form, to creating a work plan and submission. We can develop your budget, including allocation of costs and explaining the reasons for the costs. Where necessary, we can also help identify potential collaborators for your project proposal.

Last but not least, we also offer a reviewing of funding application forms service - if you do not want us to write the grant application, we can offer our feedback, along with comments and recommendations.

As part of our QA services, we offer audits and assessments, including writing reports with recommendations, developing improvement action plans using SMART goals, reviewing existing quality management systems or developing new quality management systems ensuring they are aligned with your organisation’s needs.

As part of this CQC inspection readiness service, we offer CQC-style mock inspections (site visits and desktop reviews) including reports, inspection readiness toolkit with a detailed guide on what to focus before, during and post CQC inspections, assistance with provider information return forms also known as PIR, training registered managers and staff on what “Good” looks like, and developing strategies to help you attain Good/Outstanding ratings.

We focus mainly on the adult social care, not-for-profit and community projects sectors, however, we are open to discussing your QA needs as QA processes can be applied across multiple sectors.

We want to work with organisations of all sizes and budgets, and so try to ensure our costs are transparent and affordable, no matter where your organisation is in it's journey.

To do this, we define organisation sizes based on their revenue generated each year (known as annual turnover) and combine this with their operating country to determine a competitive cost for our work.

Small

Annual turnover:

Less than £150,000

We charge per hour:

£50 to £80

No-win, no-fee funding applications for small organisations!

Medium

Annual turnover:

£150,000 to £1m

We charge per hour:

£80 to £115

Large

Annual turnover:

More than £1m

We charge per hour:

£100 to £150

We'll provide our partner costs as and when they are needed.
